Software Tool Development professionals proficient in RCP, Plugin Development, EMF, ARTOP, AUTOSAR, JAVA.

Develop, Test, Pilot and Launch the Engineering Environment, Platforms and Tools for E Mobility

Provide timely Support for the Engineering Community on tooling and Platform Issues.

Participate in periodic CCB Meetings and contribute to periodic updates and improvements of tools.

Ensure continuous improvement in efficiency and Productivity.

• RCP, Plugin development, Eclipse Modelling Framework (EMF), JAXB- Expert
• AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive/ARTOP- Advanced
• Frameworks: SWT, Google Guice, Swing, Junit- Advanced
• Protocols: FlexRay, CAN, LIN- Advanced
• Data exchange formats: DBC, Flex, Lin, ECU extract- Advanced
• Domain: Automotive tools development, Automotive Communication, Fault tolerance,
  Diagnostic- Basic
• Engineering Tools Jenkins, Git, Maven, Ant, Gradel - Expert
• Agile Techniques (SCRUM/Kanbahn), Tools for Agile Planning and Management (Jira/Git,
  Polarion)- Advanced
• Knowledge of Software Architecture, design & coding rules and methods - Expert
• Knowledge of Requirement engineering, verification and validation - Expert
• Knowledge of Managing Open source, Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, Release Management-Advanced

Your Qualifications

• B.E//B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA
• Professional Experience- 5 to 10+ years of experience in Automotive industry
  (Variety of Functions, Variety of Business, 2 to 3 years of experience as Team
  General Management Experience) Lead
• Project and/or Process Experience: Worked on Tool development area for 5+ years.
• Leadership Experience Managing 5+ people for 2+ years/Module Leader for 2+ years
