General Information
- In a system developer position, the person will be part of ECU development for battery electrical vehicle
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop system design work products such as feasibility study, system requirement study and system architecture development
- Facilitate the Scrum process by conducting Scrum ceremonies from planning to retrospective.
- Responsible for coaching team on Scrum principles, practices and tooling
- Responsible for identifying and removing any impediments.
- Facilitate communication between the cross functional teams and project management.
- Report the risks and issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Define, monitor and adjust project activities as per Project Engineering Schedule
- Supporting Change Manager to track the implementation of Problem Report/Change Request planned to a release.
- Monitoring and Reporting the progress within the team and to external stakeholders
- Practical experience with ASPICE-compliant processes and Project Quality Gate Reviews.
- Strong knowledge of software configuration management, and defect management tools (IMS, JIRA, Polarion, Git).
Your Qualifications
- Masters/bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
- 3-6 years’ experience in Automotive System Engineering/Battery electric vehicle development
- Proven skills working on multi-location projects and multi-cultural matrix team
- Very good team player, ability to work with multi-disciplinary departments
- System knowledge in the area of High Voltage Inverter System development
- Deep understanding of Scrum principles, practices and tooling
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Good knowledge of servant leadership
- Coaching techniques
- Conflict management
- Problem Solving and Decision Making
- Ensure process adherence to ASPICE Level 2 for MAN.3, SUP.8, SUP.9, SUP.10
- Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills in international team environments.
- Knowledge of system integration or requirement Engineering or test designs or system architectural designs are added advantage
