General Information

  • In a system developer position, the person will be part of ECU development for battery electrical vehicle

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop system design work products such as feasibility study, system requirement study and system architecture development 
  • Facilitate the Scrum process by conducting Scrum ceremonies from planning to retrospective.
  • Responsible for coaching team on Scrum principles, practices and tooling
  • Responsible for identifying and removing any impediments.
  • Facilitate communication between the cross functional teams and project management.
  • Report the risks and issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Define, monitor and adjust project activities as per Project Engineering Schedule
  • Supporting Change Manager to track the implementation of Problem Report/Change Request planned to a release. 
  • Monitoring and Reporting the progress within the team and to external stakeholders
  • Practical experience with ASPICE-compliant processes and Project Quality Gate Reviews.
  • Strong knowledge of software configuration management, and defect management tools (IMS, JIRA, Polarion, Git).

Your Qualifications

  • Masters/bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
  • 3-6 years’ experience in Automotive System Engineering/Battery electric vehicle development
  • Proven skills working on multi-location projects and multi-cultural matrix team
  • Very good team player, ability to work with multi-disciplinary departments
  • System knowledge in the area of High Voltage Inverter System development
  • Deep understanding of Scrum principles, practices and tooling
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
  • Good knowledge of servant leadership
  • Coaching techniques
  • Conflict management
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making
  • Ensure process adherence to ASPICE Level 2 for MAN.3, SUP.8, SUP.9, SUP.10
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills in international team environments.
  • Knowledge of system integration or requirement Engineering or test designs or system architectural designs are added advantage
