Responsibilities:

> Responsible for leading, organizing and controlling of projects in all areas of the material flow in the warehouse (inbound, outbound, replenishment, empties and storage areas) related to the defined automation strategy

> Prepares and maintains the updated automation strategy, budget and invest requests

> Ensures the sustainability and the qualification of the warehouse operators related to the new technologies

> Contributes to the department roadmap, tracks and executes the strategic projects

> Responsible for the annual planning and budgeting of project related resources (human, physical, financial etc.)

> Prepares requested reports according to the SCM/WH and Material Flow related processes

> Identifies and implements new technologies, methodologies, tools in order to achieve higher productivity and efficiency regarding assigned processes and utilization of resources

Requirements:

> Degree in a relevant field, project management qualification

> Knowledge about modern warehousing and material flow technologies

> 3+ years of project management experience

> Experience with Lean principles and methods

> Proactive, team player personality working with high quality standards

> Good English language skills (written and spoken)

> Experience with SAP system is an advantage (IM/WM)
