Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the team in operational tasks
- Updating and releasing documents, e.g. Instructions, Local procedures; 5S documents
- Introduction and support of LEAN methods
- Coordination, implementation, and auditing of 5S system
- Preparation of standard work documentation and process descriptions
- Participation on 5S gemba
- Monitoring 5S processes and their responsibles
- Reporting
- Learning new technologies
- Learning by creating value
Your Qualifications
- BSc/MSc student in a field of Engineering/Technical management/Lean improvement engineering
- Available for min 20 hours/week
- Active English knowledge (oral and written)
- Active Hungarian knowledge (oral and written)
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Good communication skills and willingness to cooperate
- Being open minded
- Willingness to learn
- Proactive and flexible personality
