Responsibilities:

• Develop Lean mindset of the employees and establish the continuous improvement-based operations management system in the Plant
• Contribute to develop and execute the Plant L.E.A.N. implementation roadmap
• Identifiy potentials in the Plant to make results more efficient and waste-free
• Support projects with specific methods and methodologies (e.g 5S, Design and Process mapping, Standard work, Value Stream MappingProblem solving, Jidoka, Gemba approach, etc.)
• Train employees and supports the departments in L.E.A.N. methods and tools
• Contribute to the optimization of the manufacturing processes
• Initiate exchange of Best Practices, promote L.E.A.N. achievements to the whole organization, also towards management
• Establish and maintain L.E.A.N. network in the area of responsibility as multipliers for L.E.A.N. and be an active contributor to whole L.E.A.N. network

Expectations:

• Degree in Engineering, Business or related area
• Experience in Lean projects and improvement programs is an advantage
• 1-3 years’ experience at a manufacturing company
• Experience in project management and system approach
• Experience in automotive industry (advantage)
• Six Sigma Knowledge (advantage)
• Experience in working with MS Office
• Command of English Language
