Responsibilities:

> Coordinate the professional activities of the team members (customer claims, analizes of returned parts 0-km and from feld) and to allocate resources in order to ensure quality results

> Respresents customer needs towards the entire organization

> Motivates, retains and ensures systematic follow-up on personal development and target achievment for his/her direct reports,

> Sets the personal targets and objectives for his/her organization

> Gives input to the plant strategy definition

> Responsible for the annual planning of resources

> Drives the daily operation in his/her area of responsibility

> Contributes to the continous improvement of the plant processes

> Ensures and supports the process control execution and monitor effectiveness

> Responsible for communication towards customers and internal/external parties

Requirements:

> Degree in Quality Management or Electric Engineering field

> At least 2-3 years of relevant experience

> Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements

> Knowledge of Quality and Project Management tools

> Knowledge of Problem Solving Methodologies

> Communication and presentation skills

> Command of English language
