Responsabilități:

• Efectuează reglaje/ajustări ale programelor;       

• Determinarea cauzelor defecțiunilor, condițiile de apariție si evidențele de întreținere-reparații existene                                                                                                                                                                         

• Intervine asupra programului, modificând parametrii cu scopul reducerii/evitării rebuturilor;                                                                                                           

• Efectuarea planului de schimbari, verificare parametrii proces, verificare senzori si bariere optice;                                                                                                         

• Semnalarea defectiunilor de echipamente (matrite, tool-uri) catre managerul de productie sau mentenanta;                                                                                 

• Cunoasterea materialelor/instrumentelor aferente locului de muncă.

Cerințe:

• Studii liceale – profil mecanic;   
• Cunoașterea defectelor de injecție, eliminare defecte de injecție;                 
• Întreținere și schimbare matrițe
• Experiență similară in domeniul de injectare mase plastice
