Responsabilități:

• Executarea de lucrări specifice de sculărie (ajustare, găurire, filetare, tuşare, finisare, etc.) şi asamblarea componentelor de diferite complexităţi ale dispozitivelor, matriţelor, ştanţelor, modelelor metalice, etc.

• Responsabilitati de asamblare a pieselor pentru realizarea sculelor, dispozitivelor, verificatoarelor sau a matriţelor de forjare, turnare sub presiune , turnare statică, etc.

• Cunostințe privind mașinile și utilajele destinate operațiilor specifice din punct de vedere functional și din punct de vedere procedure de lucru confirm prevederilor din documentația tehnică.

• Analizarea defectelor și urmarea soluțiilor impreuna cu serviciul tehnic a executării măsurilor de remediere și urmarire a procesului în cauză.

• Realizarea sau participarea la teste, matrițe noi sau aflate în producția de serie și intervenția promptă la matrițele în cauză.

Cerințe:

• Studii medii

• Experiență minim 2 ani pe o poziție similară

• Cunoștințe desen tehnic

• Program de lucru: 2 schimburi
