Your Key Responsibilities
* Project quality assurance of development project with target to meet customer satisfaction and to ensure safe launch and which includes
* Technical Compliance Management, Structured Problem Solving, Lessons Learned, ASPICE, Reporting of the QA performance
* Customer interface to relevant project quality topics
* Check and manage technical compliance towards the relevant accountable owner
* Strive for frontloading pushing to ensure the product and process Quality in Project and in Launch Phase
* Coaching and Steering the project team on process adherence and quality methods and activities
* Providing methodology support for resolution of Non-conformances
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering
* More than 5 years’ experience in automotive project/plant quality management (knowledge in electronic and mechanic components)
* Work experience in EV motor quality control is highly preferred
* Good communication and problem-solving skill, teamwork sprit and logical & structure thinking
* Good command of English
