| 1 | Working to align with safety culture On production Line. | ||
| 2 | Learn the process with depth of understanding to get the overview of controls & automation logic | ||
| 3 | Undertake the maintenance activities as per IATF Process. | ||
| 4 | Diagnosing of faults of Molding, Auto Soldering, EPSON Robot, stabulli robot, Ovens, Magnetizer ,welding, dispencing process etc. | ||
| 5 | Expertise in understanding/reading control drawings/ Mechanical drawings/ AutoCAD/SAP PM | ||
| 6 | Refurbishment of the equipment | ||
| 7 | Knowledge of TPM - 5'S | ||
| 8 | Knowledge of TPM - Systematic Maintenance | ||
| 9 | Supporting production team for autonomous maintenance | ||
| 10 | Creating maintenance procedures | ||
| 11 | Performing analysis for the failure . | ||
| 12 | Supporting the spare part management activities | ||
| 13 | Working in to shifts | ||

Aware about electrical Voltage system of 50hz & 60Hz
Your QualificationsDiploma/Degree in Engineering in any discipline
