Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End DOJO Management
- Take full ownership of the DOJO Training Center operations.
- Conduct induction and basic hands-on training for new blue-collar employees and trainees.
- Ensure that all shopfloor entrants meet the required safety and quality standards before being deployed to the production line.
2. Training & Development
- Perform Training Need Identification (TNI) through coordination with department heads and shopfloor supervisors.
- Design and maintain the Annual Training Calendar.
- Monitor and report on Plan vs. Actual training execution.
- Administer training feedback forms and analyze results to ensure the effectiveness of learning programs.
3. Skill Matrix & Proficiency Mapping
- Maintain and update the Skill Matrix for all shopfloor employees.
- Transition toward a Digital Skill Matrix to monitor employee growth and proficiency levels in real-time.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate technical training to improve machine operation standards.
4. Rewards & Recognition (R&R)
- Execute the R&R program for blue-collar employees (e.g., Spot Awards, Safety Awards).
- Ensure timely processing of rewards payouts and recognition certificates.
- Promote a culture of appreciation to maintain high productivity and morale.
5. Shopfloor Development & Continuous Improvement
- Drive employee engagement on the shopfloor to foster a positive industrial relations (IR) climate.
- Encourage participation in Kaizen and daily process improvements.
- Address shopfloor employee concerns and coordinate with the administration for facility improvements.
