Maintenance Technician

Your Key Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of workplace safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of tools, equipment, and machinery.

Accountable for achieving and sustaining maintenance KPIs and performance targets.

Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) including scheduled inspections, lubrication, and routine servicing to minimize equipment failures.

Handle Breakdown Maintenance, ensuring quick response to emergency situations and effective fault diagnosis.

Conduct Troubleshooting & Repairs by identifying root causes of mechanical and hydraulic failures and implementing corrective actions.

Continuously monitor equipment performance, analyze operational data, and utilize condition monitoring systems.

Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repair history, spare parts usage, and standard operating procedures.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards during maintenance activities.

Supervise and coordinate with technical staff, contractors, and cross-functional teams.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and adopting new technologies.

Support operations requiring shift work or on-call availability in continuous production environments.

Collaborate effectively with production, operations, and management teams.

Ensure proper reporting through logbooks and mobile maintenance systems.

Follow standardized processes such as the 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) approach.

Possess strong basic troubleshooting awareness and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems and voltage.

Basic understanding of electrical wiring, cable routing, and equipment cleaning practices.

Familiarity with TPM Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities.

Basic knowledge of mechanical tools, equipment, and proper handling of tools & tackles.

Mandatory knowledge of Resistance welding, Laser Welding , Over molding & SPM machine functionality .

Your Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.

2 to 5 years
