Production Associate

Key Responsibilities 

Floor Operations & Scheduling: Execute daily workflow & assigned tasks, and meet shift production quotas.

Quality Control: Follow quality assurance standards, conduct product inspections, and track non-conforming materials to reduce waste.

Safety & Compliance: Adherence to safety protocols (e.g., PPE, hazard reporting) and uphold regulatory or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives, 5S workplace organization, and root cause analyses to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience :0–2 years of hands-on manufacturing, assembly, or equivalent experience.(DME or BE) Mechanical Engineering

Physical: Ability to stand for prolonged periods, work in moderate-to-high noise environments, and lift up to 50 lbs (varies by industry).

Core KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

PPH: Units produced Per Person Hour.
Safety Incidents: Zero reportable accidents/injuries.
Scrap/Rework Rate: Target percentages for material waste reduction.
