Standard Lab & Cleanliness Lab Job Description

• Standard lab and cleanliness lab inspection management
• Prepare and process samples for analysis
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
• Handling the development CMM measurement program
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
• In-depth knowledge of technical cleanliness as per the ISO class 7
• In-depth knowledge of CMM, PGI, and Mahr & programming
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
• Record, analyze, and report data accurately
• Knowledge of Optical inspection systems
• Familiarity with measurement instruments such as VMS, roughness testers, Alicona, UTM, PGI, technical cleanliness equipment, surface contour, hardness testers, spring testing equipment, height gauges, and other small gauges.
• Experience with MSA activities and ability to perform independently
• Understanding of product drawings
• In-depth knowledge of VDA 19.2 Standard
• In-depth knowledge of 3D / 5 axis optical inspection
• in-depth knowledge of cross-section penetration analysis
• Handling the audit and customer
• Training skill

Qualification Criteria

• B.E. Mechanical OR Electronics
• Should have 3 to 4 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
• Related work experience in lab areas
