Your Key Responsibilities |
| Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, protocols, and company policies, maintaining a safe and tidy work environment. |
| Good Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, SPS, Technical Cleanliness, OEE, FPY, NCC1, Standard Work etc. terms. |
| Supervise, motivate, and provide guidance to production line team members, including task assignment and performance evaluations. |
| Coordinate in shifts production activities, set up the line for specific orders, and ensure that production targets and quality standards are consistently met. |
| Monitor and enforce quality control procedures, identify defects, and implement corrective actions to maintain product quality. |
| Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, mechanical problems, and other production challenges in a timely manner with right time escalations |
| Maintain accurate production records, reports, inventory levels, and downtime documentation. |
| Analyze production data, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and waste reduction. |
| Work with other departments, such as quality, engineering, and supervisors, to ensure a seamless production flow and timely order completion. |
| Working in to shift pattern. |
Your Qualifications |
| Education: |
| Diploma/Degree in Engineering in any discipline |
| Your Experience: |
| Minimum 2 years experience in VT. |
| Minimum 6 Month experience in this role/equivalent role. |
