TL Production

Key Responsibilities

• Floor Operations & Scheduling: Coordinate daily workflow, assign tasks to operators, and adjust resources to meet shift production quotas. [1, 2]
• Quality Control: Enforce quality assurance standards, conduct product inspections, and track non-conforming materials to reduce waste. [1, 2]
• Safety & Compliance: Implement and audit safety protocols (e.g., PPE, hazard reporting) and uphold regulatory or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. [1, 2]
• Continuous Improvement: Spearhead or participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives, 5S workplace organization, and root cause analyses to optimize efficiency. [1, 2]
• Team Management & Training: Onboard new hires, cross-train staff, evaluate performance, and resolve day-to-day conflicts to maintain high team morale. [1, 2]

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on manufacturing, assembly, or equivalent supervisory experience .DME or BE Mechanical Engineering.
• Leadership: Strong emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and the ability to motivate frontline teams under pressure.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data entry for production reporting.
• Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies.
• Physical: Ability to stand for prolonged periods, work in moderate-to-high noise environments, and lift up to 50 lbs (varies by industry). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

• PPH: Units produced Per Person Hour.
