For our new Technical Compliance Management System (TCMS) we are looking for a specialist for electric vehicle high voltage safety (m/f/d) to ensure standards and norms are uniformly interpreted across Vitesco Technologies products. This specialist (m/f/d) belongs to the Basic Software and Technical Compliance organization within Vitesco Technologies Engineering.
Your new responsibilities:

Monitoring of Standards and Norms (so-called LTR: Legal Technical Regulations and standards) for specific technical area of High voltage safety including the management of an up-to-date and exhaustive LTR list for a worldwide overview.

Clarification and interpretation of LTR relevance and mapping to the different impacted products

Derivation of LTR into technical requirements in coordination with the specific product development teams across the engineering community

Interface between the corporate LTR Manager (LTRM) and the engineering organization to ensure the exhaustiveness of our Vitesco Technologies central LTR database (Wisdom)

Identify relevant external committees and ensure representation of Vitesco Technologies in alignment with the LTR Specialists (LTRS) network

Organize and maintain a global network within the engineering community to ensure knowledge exchange for high voltage safety related topics, especially with the LTRS and the impacted product development teams

Support Technical Compliance incident and concern management (pre- and post-SOP) with own expertise
Your qualifications:

Completed degree in a technical field of study (e.g., electric drives, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle technology or similar)

Longterm professional experience in the automotive industry and preferably in the supplier business

Several years professional experience in LTR for high voltage safety

Advanced understanding of external committee structure for High voltage safety with interest to further expand this knowledge and coordinate Vitesco Technologies involvement therein

Business fluent in English language written and spoken

Advanced communication skills for collaboration within international organizational structures, as well as advanced team working, and networking skills needed
