We are looking for a Manager Benefits & Pensions (m/f/d), who will report into the Global Head of Benefits. The Manager Benefits & Pension Manager will assume responsibility in several benefits projects.

Your new responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis about Benefits structures and adapt global and local benefits systems according to future needs 
• Demonstrate a good understanding of the management and development of creative benefits programs in a fast-paced environment
• Expedites delivery of benefits by establishing and maintaining working relationships with benefit providers and consultants
• Monitoring of government regulations, legislation, and benefits trends
• Conduct benchmark analysis to identify trends in industry and at competitor companies, to create a comprehensive and innovative benefits offer to our employees
• Design and implement communication programs to enhance the value of benefit programs and increase employee understanding and engagement
• Partner with Finance to manage and evaluate the cost of all benefits programs to optimize our global benefit plans cost and performance
• Oversee individual pension and benefit special case situations

Your profile:

• University degree in economics or equivalent practical experience
• Long-term working experience in the field of HR (i.e. Compensation and Benefits), Finance or a similar field
• Knowledge on compensation systems and structures
• Experience in benefits management (pension plans)
• Experience in managing vendor related implementations
• Specialist domain knowledge and technical expertise of benefits
• International working experience
• Experience in leading projects
