We are currently seeking a highly skilled Associate Test Engineer to join our dynamic team in Seguin, Texas. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, integrating, and debugging various test equipment and software to meet our stringent product test requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to our engineering projects with your expertise in parametric measurement, functional testing, throughput optimization, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, integrate, and debug load-boxes, fixtures, cables, and test equipment to fulfill product test specifications.
  • Craft, code, and troubleshoot software to achieve parametric measurement objectives, functional test requirements, throughput goals, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate, manage, and communicate project activities among team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Oversee and enhance test system efficiency and performance, focusing on yield and test time improvements.
  • Actively participate in monitoring and advancing both internal and external product quality metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficient in programming, particularly in C.
  • Solid understanding of high voltage measurement systems and both digital and analog circuits.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive root-cause analysis and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.
