We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team in Seguin, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and debugging in circuit test (ICT) fixtures and ICT test equipment to meet product test requirements. You will also design, code, and debug software to meet parametric measurement, functional test, through-put, and quality level requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, code, and debug software to meet parametric measurement, ICT, through-put, and quality level requirements.
  • Schedule, manage, and communicate multiple project activities between multiple project team members to ensure all project deliverables are completed on time.
  • Monitor, maintain, and improve test system yield and test time performance.
  • Monitor and help improve both internal and external product quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Programming knowledge and proficiency in C.
  • Understanding of high voltage measurement systems.
  • Understanding of both digital and analog circuits.
  • Ability to perform root-cause analysis and problem solving.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.
