Your Key responsibilities,
The HR Generalist will manage the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and laws. This role is crucial in supporting the manufacturing operations by ensuring a productive and legally compliant workplace.
Qualifications
Bacehlor's Degree in HR, BA, BM, PSY or relatable field
5 years experience as HR Generalist
Working knowledge of HR Law, EEOC, AAP, Employee Relations, LOAs and policy interpretation/administration.
Must have interpersonal skills, be well organized and have the ability to problem solve, make decision and take the appropriate actions.
Advanced knowledge of preparing and delivering presentations; excellent written capabilities and leading sensitive discussions.
Must be willing to travel when required
Preferred qualifications
Masters Degree Preferred
SPHR or SHRM Certified
Bilingual - English/Spanish
