Team Lead Learning & Development


Job Description:

The Team Lead Learning & Development will be responsible for developing and executing talent management strategies and programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent. The role will involve working closely with HR and business leaders to identify talent gaps, develop talent initiatives, and measure the effectiveness of talent management programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement talent management strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives and support the organization's growth and development.

 • Identify critical talent gaps and develop programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent, including leadership development, talent assessments, and succession planning.

 • Partner with HR and business leaders to drive talent development initiatives and programs, including coaching, mentoring, and training.

 • Collaborate with recruiting team to build talent pipelines and ensure alignment of talent acquisition and retention strategies.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and initiatives, using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.

• Stay up to date on emerging trends and best practices in talent management and make recommendations for improvements to existing programs and processes.

 

Basic Requirements:
 

  • 3+ years of experience in talent management, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field OR 8 years of function related experience as an alternative to a degree
