Your Key Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for design HW Architecture of the SDV related Computing ECU like CCU/HPC with SOC/MPU inside, And also lead for all HW related tasks like HW design and analysis, Key parts selection and so on.

• CCU/HPC HW requirement analysis
• CCU/HPC HW Architecture design and key parts selection
• Lead for related product full chain HW design activities like SCH/WCA/Analysis/DFMEA and so on
• Approach Customer for any HW related proposal and communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and provide technical support

Your Qualifications:

B.S. or greater in electrical engineeringor other related field with 5+ years experience as HW engineer in SOC/MPU related product( HPC, CCU, Cockpit , ADAS ECU).

• Working knowledge and experience in SOC/MPU related product( HPC, CCU, Cockpit , ADAS ECU) HW design.
• Familiarity with Cross domains’ products HW knowledge like body/chassis/Thermal managment
• Excellent experience with
• High speed circuit design and analysis
• Automotive SOC/MPU IC selection and evaluation
• SOC/MPU related product HW architect like power net design
• All HW design and testing tools
• etc.
