Your Key Responsibilities

-   Analysis and clarification of customer requirements (specifications) with the customer and the internal departments Hardware, Software, Mechanics and Test

-    Assessment of customer requirement taking into account the concerns functionality, quality and life, cost and technical compliance including functional safety, Cybersecurity of the components.

-    Design system concept /specific feature concept design based on the requirements

-    Support Change Management/Issue management from system level，Be able to create system development Plan

-    Development and optimization strategy to enhance system efficiency, thermal performance

-    Leading issue analysis and system integration on the test bench and on the vehicle

-    Be able to support warrantee analysis with different discipline.

Your Qualifications

-    Bachelor or above degree in engineering (Electrical/Automotive/semi-conductor or equivalent, power electronic preferred)

-    At least 3 years of professional experience in NEV automotive sector and a technical background in automotive (system engineering and collaboration with interfaces hardware, software, test, etc.) at leat 2 years of working experience in inverter product.

-   Good knowledge in project management, insights in requirements and test management and knowledge of ASPICE compliant development and AGILE development approach

-    Fluent English language, negotiation skills.

-    Self-initiative and structured working style with coaching, mentoring and motivational skill

-    Ability to drive problem solving and finding of solutions

-    Technical oriented and customer orientation
