Job Description:

• Act as interface between the customers and the internal BU organization
• In charge to develop business & identify acquisition opportunities with customers in northern China
• Deployment and execution of the local customer strategy within the global Vitesco Technologies organization
• Enable a strong long-term relationship with internal and external key stakeholders
• Identify and drive new opportunities by ensuring close collaboration with the customer during the acquisition phase
• Participate in the preparation of the budget
• Negotiates with customers in the acquisition, development and serial life phase with the aim of achieving growth and profitability objectives
• Defines the actions necessary to meet customer needs in its product line for acquisition (from pre-RFQ to Award)
• Provides product and market information / identifies market needs

Requirements:

• Technical background (engineer, university) or commercial/finance (purchasing, finance, management control)
• Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Business and project management skills
• Long term experience working in an international group and negotiating with customers.
• Self-motivation and result oriented mindset
• Knowledge of written and spoken English
• Willingness to operate mainly from Tianjin, close to the plant
