Your Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the full technical delivery content of a System (defined as a Product aggregated by Subsystems HW/SW/ME/etc.) within the specified time, quality and cost to the satisfaction of the project stakeholders within High Voltage Electronics product development.
- leads the technical communication with the customer, such as Project Status and Progress Reporting, Is the technically competent and trusted partner to the technical community of the customer
- leads Technical Synchronization, Technical Change Management, Customer Requests, Findings Analysis and Resolution.
- Leads the sub-disciplines (e.g. HW, SW, ME, test, safety, Security,...) of the project and establishes adequate project organization for engineering (meeting structure, information/ knowledge exchange, documentation, archiving).
- monitors and prioritizes system engineering work packages and deliverables, As owner of system detailed schedule, including the sub-system milestones,.
- Approves the technical Solution of the System and drives the System Release to the Stakeholders.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor or above degree in engineering (Electrical/Automotive/semi-conductor or equivalent, power electronic preferred)
- at least 5 years of professional experience in NEV automotive sector and a technical background in automotive (system engineering and collaboration with interfaces hardware, software, test, etc.)
- Good knowledge in project management, insights in requirements and test management and knowledge of ASPICE compliant development and AGILE development approach
- Fluent English language, negotiation skills.
- Self-initiative and structured working style with coaching, mentoring and motivational skill
- Ability to drive problem solving and finding of solutions
- Leadership skills in coordinating teams and development in a complex system environment
- Customer and quality orientation
