General Information

To support and enable Schaeffler digital journey and provide IT capabilities to our business, we are looking for an intern to develop with rapid development technologies (RPA-UiPath, Low Code-Mendix, PowerApps) to sustain our next generation of cloud platform solutions. In this role you will design and implement different platform solutions based on different low code application platforms (e.g., PowerApps, Mendix) and automation projects (robotic process automation UiPath, Automation scripts, API's).

Your Key Responsibilities

• Train to develop our next-generation platform services in the Schaeffler IT landscape;
• Implement highly scalable, reliable cloud-based platforms based on best practices and standards;
• Document and suport the documenting jurney for the created solutions;
• Learn to build apps from scratch using low code application platforms in international teams;
• Engage in day-to-day support for non-critical issues / changes of live applications;
• Train in development of reusable application components for multiple projects;
• Learn to design, develop, and test solutions to automate complex processes, activities, and tasks using UiPath;
• Supporting business teams in testing activities, including end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT (User Acceptance Test);
• Learn to anticipate, identify, track, and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery;
• Support the troubleshooting and adjusting of existing automations to ensure business continuity for the RPA program;
• Contribute to continuous development and technical innovation of solutions based on state-of-the-art technologies;

Your Qualifications

• Fluent English as mandatory, German is optional;
• You get enthusiastic about working on and delivering software projects as a developer;
• Enrolled in an academic Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience;
• General understanding of common software design patterns and architectures;
• (Optional) ability to write well formatted, structured and clean code in Java, Python and JavaScript is a plus;
• To learn about concepts about business processes and software development lifecycle, as well as agile and/or waterfall project management methodology(s);
• Is appreciated knowledge in UiPath Automation Concepts and techniques as well as respective Studio, Robots and Orchestrator;
• To know concepts about cloud technologies;
• Ability to work in worldwide distributed teams and to collaborate across regions and departments;
• Open minded for new concepts and emerging technologies;
• UiPath Certified Professional certification appreciated.
