Description:
•    As a member of the Basic Software Application team you will be involved in the integration, update and configuration of Firmware, Services and Test Software layers  in the internal combustion and electrification programs in Vitesco Engineering
More precisely, we need you to:
•    Review of the input specification, identify and understand the customer needs and keep a close communication channel with the HW Test Design teams in the projects;
•    Update and configure the generic I/O drivers based on the I/O configuration requirements and integrate them in the projects;
•    Update and configure COM, Security, MEM related drivers and integrate them in the projects;
•    Update and configure Test Software related services;
•    Test the entire Test Software infrastructure(verification of services that validate the Design of the PCB, supplier reprogramming)
•    Implement Test Software project specific services
•    Debug, identify and propose corrective solutions for found impediments/bugs


Qualifications:
•    University degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunication, Informatics, Electrical Engineering);
•    Knowledge of software development for embedded systems;
•    Knowledge of microcontrollers;
•    Ability of using lab tools such as debuggers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc;
•    Ability to troubleshoot issues to resolution. Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills;
•    Good understanding/programming skills in ANSI C;
•    Good communication skills


As a plus:
•    Experience with AUTOSAR concepts, architecture, specifications, as well as configuration tools;
•    Experience in Requirements engineering activities
•    Knowledge of electronics
•    Specific tools: Trace32, MKS, Git, Jira
