General Information:

We are looking for a Project Administration Support colleague that will be part of an international team and will provide help to our colleagues in order to develop state-of-the-art products for hybrid/full-electric vehicles.

As a member of our Control Technology mechanical engineering team, you will be involved in the creation of those new innovative products that not only make driving more affordable and environmentally sound but also work towards our department vision: zero-emission mobility.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain digital databases for projects by use of PDM (Product Data Management) systems: SAP, WISE, IMDS.

• Support for preparing technical documentation based on project needs.

• Work in close collaboration with project teams to meet milestones.

• Collaborate with engineers of all disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, System) and Project Managers.

• Synchronize with production locations to ensure transfer of data from Development to Manufacturing.

• Assist project teams with Process Compliance.

• Responsible for delivery of the MDS to the customer through the IMDS tool.

 
Your Qualifications:

• Experience in Data management systems is welcome.

• University graduate or in progress.

• Studies and/or certifications (University, Technical School, Trainings or others) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are a plus.

• Know-how regarding mechanical and electrical components is a plus.

• Know-how on development process (Product LifeCycle) is a plus.

• Tools: MS Office required. Product Data Management Systems (SAP, PDMLink, WISE or other, IMDS) are welcome.

• Ability to work with large data (MS Excel documents) and to ensure correct input and output.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Very good communication skills.

• Systematic approach and thinking.

• Advanced English level.
