We are looking for a motivated, quality oriented and self-driven team leader. You will be leading a team of engineers from a cross function organization that is responsible of test activities for different embedded automotive products such as ECUs for internal combustion engines, Transmissions, Battery Management Systems and Inverters for EVs, in a process-driven ASPICE compliant organization.
It is highly recommended to have advanced knowledge of software design and engineering, a good eye for detail, and skills for software troubleshooting.
Core responsibilities:

Interact as technical interface with Technical Project Leaders and Test Managers to define the best testing strategy for their products.

Attend and represent the team in project meetings.

Mentor and guide engineers in technical implementations.

Drive, plan, coordinate and control of test implementation, test execution and process activities.

Take care of the team performance, training, growth strategy and workload balancing.

Team performance management, including goal setting and evaluation.
Additional activities:
-
Define and implement automated test features from scratch.

Collaborate with global organization to implement footprint in the location.

Drive technical reviews with software developers to clarify and align test results.

Follow-up issues reported until they are closed.
Required Qualifications:
-
Experience in the automotive domain.
-
Experience in project and people management.
-
Excellent testing skills of embedded systems.
-
Great scripting and programming skills (Python, Perl, C).

Good knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management solutions (DOORS, RTC, RQM, GIT etc.)

Good knowledge of SW product / project life cycle process and hands on experience SWLC tools.

Knowledge & experience on Configuration Management, Requirement Management & Defect Tracking tools.

Proficiency using and automating laboratory equipment.

Good communication skills and ability to negotiate.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with automotive communication protocols.

Experience with automotive calibration tools.

Experience with HiL/ SiL workflow, testing technology and tools.
