Your New Responsibilities:
- Technical and disciplinary management of the Focus Factory Controlling Team
- Ensuring the timely and quality completion of all Focus Factory Controlling tasks in order to drive stable business processes and support the Plant/Location Controller
- Securing reliable financial ratios and reliable business and earnings forecasts
- Ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and instructions
- Carrying out complex budget planning as well as reconciling sales, materials, work plans, cost centers, cash flow, etc.
- Responsibility for the budgeting process for the assigned Focus Factories
- Present budgets (bottom-up) and guide them in the right direction in local and parent budget review sessions
- Preparation of regular forecasts as well as identification, analysis and clarification of plan and actual deviations
- Preparation and review of budget, forecast and month-end reports as well as analysis of deviations and initiation of appropriate countermeasures
- Transparently present the financial status to management and inform about significant changes and deviations
- Development of complex product calculations, economic analyses and cost comparisons
- Responsibility for Non-Plant-Organization-Controlling including R&D-Controlling at location
Your Profile:
- Completed university degree in economics or comparable qualification
- Extensive professional experience as a controller (d/m/f) in an industrial company
- Personnel management skills
- Knowledge of digitization/data processing software (KNIME, Power BI) is desirable, SAP / SAP analytics knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English, German is an advantage
- Proactive and performance-oriented behavior, resilience
- Excellent planning and organizational skills as well as team spirit and communication skills in an intercultural environment
