For our new Technical Compliance Management System (TCMS) we are looking for a High Voltage Safety Manager (m/f/d) for Projects to ensure norms and standards for High voltage safety are correctly implemented into Vitesco Technologies products. The High Voltage Safety Manager (m/f/d) belongs to the Technical Compliance organization within Vitesco Technologies Engineering.

Your new responsilbities:

• Responsibility for high voltage safety in projects for hybrid and electric vehicles
• Definition of generic as well as project specific technical high voltage safety concepts for our products developed in the Tech Clusters based on customer requirements and Legal Technical Regulations, Norms and Standards
• Coordination and tracking of high voltage safety related process steps and release of work products
• Creation and maintenance of the high voltage safety case, planning and conduction of assessments and audits
• Central coordination role for engineering disciplines system engineering, electrical engineering, software development and testing
• Customer communication with respect to high voltage safety relevant topics

Your profile:

• Completed degree in a technical field of study (e.g., electric drives, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle technology or similar)
• Long term professional experience in the automotive industry and preferably in the supplier business
• Expert knowledge of standards for high voltage safety
• Knowledge of functional safety according to ISO 26262 as well as analytical methods such as FMEA and FTA is a plus
• Business fluent English language skills written and spoken
• Ability to organize and moderate cross-disciplinary workshops
• Advanced communication skills for collaboration within international organizational structures, as well as advanced team working, and networking skills
