The Vitesco Technologies Audit Management Team is your contact for system and process audits within the company. We support our worldwide locations in the audit process, from planning to execution. The focus is on audits according to the standards IATF 16949:2016 and VDA 6.3. Become part of our global team.

Your Mission:

⚡️ Internal communication and contact person for the global audit management community

⚡️ Creation of newsletters, presentations, training materials and maintenance of the intranet website

⚡️ Support preparation and implementation of workshops

⚡️ First Level Support for our users regarding the Audit Management Tool (VT AMT 3.0)

⚡️ Communication with Certification Bodies (creation of documents, participation in regular meetings)

⚡️ Support and maintenance of the global community within the company’s social network Viva Engage

Your Talents:

⚡️ Studies in the field of (Business) Engineering, Communication Sciences, Humanities, Economics or  a comporable field of study

⚡️ MS Office demonstrated skils are required

⚡️ Fluent English and German language skills

⚡️ Independent work and self-organization, teamwork as well as very good communication skills
