Your new responsibilities:
- Disciplinary Lead of the EMC & Electrical Testing Laboratory Team in Regensburg in the role of Laboratory Leader as well as of the EMC RF Team in the role as a Team Leader, based on the leadership principles of Vitesco Technologies
- Responsible for a sufficient setup of EMC & ET Laboratory in Regensburg in terms of resources (equipment and headcount) to enable the relevant QL LAB services for the internal customers, responsible for the assigned cost centers
- Ensure high-quality test results acc. to the relevant international standards and customer requirements, secure a stable Laboratory operation
- Ensure continuous improvement of laboratory operation including optimization of related procedures and work instructions
- Support the development and realization of laboratory strategy, locally and worldwide
- Provide KPI data and strive for KPI fulfillment in the area of responsibility
- Active exchange with other QL LAB’s worldwide in regards of processes and technical solutions
- Responsibility for High Voltage Safety for the QL LAB RBG organization in the role as responsible specialist for electrical systems (“Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft” - vEFK), lead the development of high voltage safety concepts for the laboratory, coordination of assigned specialists for electrical systems (12 people across the QL LAB RBG organization)
Your qualification:
- University Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics or comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience (disciplinary leadership), preferably in international teams. Very good leadership skills, empathy but also assertiveness
- Knowledge in EMC / RF- Testing and related OEM and international standards as well as professional experience in this field
- Preferably experience with High Voltage automotive applications
- Business fluent English and German language skills written and spoken
- Very good knowledge in MS Office
- Independent, structured, and analytical way of working
- Ability to capture complex technical topics and present it visually
- Flexible working style and openness to engage in new topics
- Strong negotiating and communication skills
- Willingness to travel (10%)
