Your New Responsibilities:

• Project lead of worldwide industrialization- and installation activities in the area of electro-mechanic systems and integration of electronic into electrical drives
• Plan, develop and realize manufacturing concepts considering aspects such as Layouts, production concepts, supplier integration, manufacturing planning, Total Cost of Ownership, Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0
• Lead Operations portion of quoting process; work with finance department, program management and manufacturing teams. Includes calculation of required investments for equipment, periphery, tooling, RPE, start-up costs and plant resources
• Responsibility to meet the project and industrialization timing as well as the launch KPI’s (e.g. FPY, 0km gross returns, OEE, cycletime) and support of the production ramp up
• Coordinate and lead Design for Manufacturing and Design to Cost with Industrial Engineering and R&D Experts
• Lead, coordinate and/or support ongoing production improvements that generate positive impacts to EBIT. This includes optimizing processes, machines, resources, materials, scrap and inventory
• Ensure proper communication and documentation across involved locations and within interdisciplinary teams
• Represent Operations Central Functions in the Project Core Team, during the Gate Reviews as well as for customer communication during plant visits and audits and ensure a proper documentation and presentation

Your Profile:

• Degree in Electrical -, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or comparable
• Long term work experience in the area of launch management 
• Several years of experience in the area of production, industrial engineering or project management
• Broad manufacturing process experience, technical knowledge in production technology and equipment
• High level of project management skills
• Competent use of MS Office Applications and preparation of presentations for management level
• Business fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Willingness to travel (approx. 25%) 
• Very good analytical skills and an independent way of working with a high level of commitment, flexibility and resilience
• High team spirit as well as very good and strong communication skills and intercultural competences
