We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Modern Workplace Architect with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies and products to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing modern workplace solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and employee experience mainly within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

This role requires a deep understanding of emerging technologies and products of Modern Workplace solutions, a passion for innovation, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design modern workplace solutions leveraging technologies and products that align with organizational goals.
• Technology Assessment: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, evaluate their potential impact, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the modern workplace environment.
• End-User Experience: Focus on optimizing the end-user experience within the workplace ecosystem by implementing intuitive and efficient user interfaces, ensuring seamless integration of workplace technologies.
• Security and Compliance: Work closely with the security team to integrate robust security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g. TSAX).
• Infrastructure Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate modern workplace solutions with existing infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of modern workplace solutions, providing training and support to end-users and team colleagues.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement monitoring and analytics tools to assess the performance of modern workplace solutions, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement.
• Vendor Management: Engage with Vendors, their implementation partners and managed service providers to evaluate and select appropriate solutions, manage relationships, and stay informed about product roadmaps and updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Modern Workplace Architect with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft collaboration platforms, cloud technologies, and modern workplace trends.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements within the Modern Workplace ecosystem.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certifications) supporting your role are a plus.
